Why we love them: Digging through specialty food shops can be just as much fun (if not more) than dining at a new restaurant. Chef/owner Santos not only has an incredible selection to peruse, but all of her wares come from domestic producers.

Products: Housemade baked goods, relishes and dressings alongside local favorites, like Vosges Chocolate Bars, Terry’s Toffee and Smoke Daddy Barbecue Sauce.

Doser: Drift Eyewear

Why we love him: Drift brings together nostalgic style and new-age expression to create eyewear that turns heads. It doesn’t hurt that each hand-crafted pair of frames is sustainably sourced.

Doser: The Doughnut Vault

Why we love him: What’s not to love? These pillowy, gooey, golden donuts bring health nuts and junk food aficianados alike to their knees. Make sure to get them while they’re hot – the Franklin Street storefront usually runs out within an hour of opening.

Products: Piping hot, fat, delicious doughnuts in classic and dreamy flavors. The Orange Creamsicle really does taste like an orange creamsicle!

Doser: Rustic Tart

Why we love her: Imagine this: Berries enveloped in buttery and flavorful sugar-sprinkled crust, crisp on the outside, flaky just below, and fruit-soaked inside. Need we say more?
