Sausage Fest: Van Camp is a charcuterie fanatic and a self-taught expert who has transformed one of Old Town Social’s walk-ins into a carnivore’s playground, packed with his house-made bacon, hams, summer sausage, mortadella, salumi and more.

Why we love him: He makes over 30 types of charcuterie, all using top-notch ingredients from local producers. His sausage is only available at the restaurant–and at Dose, of course.
