Founders: Husband and wife team Matt and Clare Stoner Fehsenfeld.

Why we love them: These not-too-sweet preserves burst with fresh, seasonal ingredients like figs, strawberries, even shallots. The sophisticated flavor profiles make for a more versatile jam that can pair well with foods both savory (proscuitto, cheese) and sweet (vanilla ice cream). And it’s just as delicious straight from the jar.

Products: Quince & Apple preserves currently come in five delicious flavors: Fig and Black Tea, Orange Marmalade with Lemons, Strawberry Rosemary, Pear with Honey and Ginger and Shallot Confit with Red Wine.

Dose appearances: August 14, September 25 (on Yumbutter sandwiches), February 12 and counting.
