Why we love him: Markus is a certifiable tea guru, a member of the Urasake Tea School of Japan and an importer on a mission to stock the city’s best restaurants with tea selections that equal their food in sophistication.

Products: Single-varietal and blended teas from the far reaches of the world. For the market, he sells dry, hot and iced.

Dose Launches: Partnering with X-Marx for the Wuchang Tea House pop-up, Markus provided nine special Chinese teas, along with a fruitily addictive Extreme Bubble Tea.

Dose Appearances: June 5, July 10, August 14, September 25 and November 6.
