Why we love them: Starlounge is making deliberate and conscious efforts to eliminate all big business from their cafe by “sourcing local.” Everything you find at Starlounge has roots in the community or with other small businesses or farmers.

Products: Traditional coffee shop fare and “Cafe Especial,” including the Red Cappuccino (rooibos, vanilla, steamed milk) and the Chocolate Thai (espresso, dark chocolate, peanut butter, coconut milk, cream), among others. And stay tuned for changes to the menu – organic teas and produce are in the pipeline.
